Hello malindadoug Have you rebooted? Chkdsk always runs after a rebootIf it does not run after rebootingStart/Run and type in cmdOKThe command prompt window will openAt the prompt typechkdsk /forchkdsk /rEnter(Note there is a space before /)Reboot and chkdsk should run then.
